NFTY-OV Spring Kallah is a weekend of learning, growing, laughing, and building meaningful relationships with other Reform Jewish teens. Whether it's your first event or fifteenth, we welcome you to join our community. This event is open to all 9th-12th graders. In addition 8th graders from Nashville along with 8th graders who attended JYG Kallah will be invited and allowed to attend Spring Kallah.
Imagine spending an incredible weekend enjoying the company of your new old friends from near and far. You are discussing topics during programs while sharing and comparing ideas. You are enjoying being Jewish with people much like you. You are making new friends, having fun, and socializing. But why just imagine? Come join NFTY-OV for a phenomenal weekend! We are excited to welcome new teens and veteran teens alike. The entire weekend of programs, activities, prayer, and fun is planned by teens in for teens. Register today!
All participants are expected to participate in the entire event. Please contact email@example.com with any questions or for more information. We do not prorate registration fees for any registrants. Due to commitments for food, beverage, supplies and other event costs, our fees are set at a full package rate.

This event is open to any Jewish teen in grades 9 to 12. 8th graders from Nashville along with 8th graders who attended JYG Kallah will also be invited and allowed to attend Spring Kallah
Teens are expected to participate in the entire event. Fees are set at a full package rate and unfortunately we cannot prorate registration.
Registration is on a space available basis only.
Travel is arranged by your local congregation/temple youth group advisor. Please be in touch with them directly to determine your travel or if you have any travel related questions.
Teens are not permitted to drive themselves to and from an event or to a bus stop/synagogue before or after the event. All teens must be dropped off and picked up by a parent, guardian, or an adult. This is NFTY policy to ensure the safety and well-being of our teens.
By Car: If you are being dropped off/picked up by an adult, please plan to be dropped off at Congregation Micah at 4:30 (CST) on Friday, April 14, and picked up at Congregation Micah at 9:30am (CST) on Sunday, April 17. It is imperative is dropped off and picked up on time.
A final confirmation email complete with important event information and a complete packing list will be sent the week prior to the event.

Check local weather to determine proper attire Casual, comfortable clothes for the weekend Warmer clothes (jacket, hoodie, sweats) Friday Night Shabbat attire (dressy casual) Business attire for Elections & General Assembly Casual Party attire for NFTY Prom Day Bag/Backpack for carrying loose items Sleeping bag (or sheets and a blanket) and pillow Towel and Toiletries (shampoo, toothbrush/paste, hairbrush, etc.) Medication (you are responsible for your own medication) Money for Shuk (OV store) so you can buy some swag Flashlight Water bottle Stuffed Animal to Donate Small Gift for Host Home (encouraged)
Please do not bring anything valuable as NFTY is not responsible for any personal belongings.
If you need to cancel, the registration fees you paid will be refunded as follows:
Through March 24, 2016 – 90%Through March 31, 2016 – 75%Through April 7, 2016 – 50%
After April 7, 2016 we will not be able to issue any refunds for cancellation. If you have a documented medical emergency and must cancel after April 7, 2016 you will be refunded 75% of the registration fees you paid.
All cancellation must be in writing. We will accept cancellations by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations over the phone. Please allow up to six weeks after the conclusion of the event for your refund to be processed.
