This event is open to any Jewish teen in grades 6 to 12.

Many youth groups arrange for group transportation by bus or van. Please contact your advisor or rabbi for more details about possible vans/carpools from your area. If you live in one of the cities listed below, you will sign up for the NFTY organized transportation.

Every participant must travel to/from the event with an adult over the age of 21 (advisor, parent/guardian), including to and from the bus stop. No participants may drive themselves to, from, or during the event. This is NFTY policy to ensure the safety and well-being of our teens.

Further information will be sent 1 week before the event that will include important information regarding the event as well as a complete packing list.

Please do not bring anything valuable as NFTY is not responsible for any personal belongings.

If you need to cancel, the registration fees you paid will be refunded as follows:

Through August 23, 2019 – 90% Through August 30, 2019 – 75% Through September 6, 2019 – 50%

After September 6, 2019 we will not be able to issue any refunds for cancellation. If you have a documented medical emergency and must cancel after September 6, 2019 you will be refunded 75% of the registration fees you paid.

All cancellation must be in writing. We will accept cancellations by email to We’re sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations over the phone. Please allow up to six weeks after the conclusion of the event for your refund to be processed.
