This event is open to any Jewish teen in grades 9 to 12.

  • Meals are included in the cost of the event.
  • Teens are expected to participate in the entire event. Fees are set at a full package rate and unfortunately we cannot prorate registration.

Travel is arranged by your local congregation/temple youth group advisor. Please be in touch with them directly to determine your travel or if you have any travel related questions.

Teens are not permitted to drive themselves to and from an event or to a bus stop/synagogue before or after the event. All teens must be dropped off and picked up by a parent, guardian, or an adult. This is NFTY policy to ensure the safety and well-being of our teens.

By Car: If you are being dropped off/picked up by an adult, please plan to be dropped off by 4:15 on Friday, and picked up at 11:00am on Sunday.

Further information will be sent 1 week before the event that will include important information regarding the event as well as a complete packing list.

Please do not bring anything valuable as NFTY is not responsible for any personal belongings.

If you need to cancel, the registration fees you paid will be refunded as follows:

Through July 19, 2018 – 90%Through July 26, 2018 – 75%Through August 2, 2018 – 50%

After August 2, 2018 we will not be able to issue any refunds for cancellation. If you have a documented medical emergency and must cancel after August 2, 2018 you will be refunded 75% of the registration fees you paid.

All cancellation must be in writing. We will accept cancellations by email to We’re sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations over the phone. Please allow up to six weeks after the conclusion of the event for your refund to be processed.
